In retaliatory action by India in Galwan Valley for the killing of three brave Indian soldiers. In the violent face off by the both Indian and Chinese army in Galwan valley. China has confirmed that five of the Chinese soldiers were killed in a hand-to-hand combat and 11 were injured. Indian army said on Tuesday that senior military officials from both sides were meeting in a desperate bid to calm tensions.
Indian army's statement said on Tuesday , " Senior military officials of the two sides are currently meeting at the venue to defuse the situation".
Indian Govt. sources said that no shots were fired but a physical fight broke out between the two sides with soldiers using batons and throwing stones, which resulted in the causalities. The Indian Army confirmed that there had been an incident on Monday and both sides suffered causalities.
